You, as an industry leader, know that the secret to improving your business is not always tucked away in an insightful competitor analysis report or an industrial market sector briefing. Often, the secret to improving your business is already within your walls -- it's learning from your very best employees and divisions. That said you, your executives and key decision makers, must have up-to-date business intelligence as well as insights available, if you wish to remain a market leader.

At IntelDissem, our products and services offer you the following advantages:

- Attrition support:  As the Baby-Boomer generation retires, as you lose key employees to competitors/other causes and as your company grows, you need to make sure that in overall terms, vital knowledge does not disappear.  IntelDissem can work with you to ensure the retention of your most imortant knowledge management elements.

- Compliance value:  We can help you to manage information and knowledge so that you and your company can meet or exceed requirements such as, but not limited to, the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.

- Improved decision making:  Through an optimized means of analyzing, managing and tracking information, you and your company can be better informed, you can make better business decisions.  The impact is greater profitability.

- Non-verbal (graphic) information presentation:  Through the use of such tools as interactive maps and comprehensive data mining/data storage programs, you can present your company's information/materials to any audience in the world, and get the message across with full confidence.  A picture is indeed worth a thousand words.

At IntelDissem, we specialize in unlocking knowledge. Our President and founder, Arvo L. Vercamer, has over 6 years experience as a business intelligence professional as a Manager, then Director of Business Intelligence, in the private sector, in addition to a 15-year intelligence community background with the U.S. Army and the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA).  Arvo built up the Business Intelligence Unit at Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL), Inc., from the ground up.  He integrated the corporate library with the functions of the Business Intelligence Unit to make communication more effective as well as to better manage information management programs; implemented a Corporate Daily Intelligence Brief, and provided business intelligence and "knowledge" to all departments at the company.  As a part of a team, the BIU provided many significant contributions to key decision makers, which increased the company's profitability and its goals toward being a global industry leader.

Our Global Decision Support mechanisms can become strong allies in your decision making processes.
